Chairman’s Summation

The Titan Project in Calgary encompasses a world-class destination 8,000 seat venue, an ancillary retail complex and a 350 seat restaurant. We are working closely with the city and community. We have made the final site selection and intend to continue this spring/summer on the site engineering. The site we prefer has the City of Calgary’s’ endorsement and is connected to light rail transit, major transportation routes and in very close proximity to the airport. The site is located at an LRT station. Titan has a firm commitment to the community and it is within our corporate philosophy and interest to suit the community’s needs. The initial phase of the project is large; market factors in this location will demand at least 8000 seats. We at The Titan Group feel this project completed would be among our City’s most important resources, as important to our children and citizens as any other learning institution.

The world class look, feel and campus setting of the Titan project on about eight acres in south central Calgary, Canada’s business centre, will bring very positive results. Titan intends to be a very noticeable corporate citizen committed to improving public life, preserving cultures, providing educating experiences and entertainment while changing and touching the very fabric of people’s lives.

What we ask for is your endorsement of the cultural benefits a medium size venue brings to a community. Severally we ask for you to investigate the numbers of relationships we could have, branding opportunities, product supply, philanthropic and many others. We would like to have supply relationships with the community for our stage and studio needs. We intend to give generously to charities of all kinds allowing easy access to the facility for fund raising or community activities and invite your participation. We would additionally accept suggestions for the representation of meaningful corporate “stories” in one of the most noticeable settings and the birthplace of Titan Canada.

Calgary and two other cities in Canada need medium size venues now and The Titan Group intends to build and manage them. We have an impressive number of endorsements to date and a growing list of supporters. We also have a growing number of “best of class” promoters and talent buyers who intend to book the facility. There are quite frankly so many layers of opportunity in this venture I would like to talk with you about.
